Dennis, Wenger & Abrell also provides management training, strategies and coaching to achieve many employers' goal of remaining union free. When National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) petitions or charges occur, we fashion and implement defenses. For many clients, dealing with unions is an accepted option, and we formulate and negotiate bargaining strategies that help them best achieve their goals. Our experience includes contract interpretation advice, defense of arbitrations, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and managing union strikes and picketing.
