Thomas R. Malapit, Jr.
Mr. Malapit was born in Riverside, California and he graduated from Cowan High School, Delaware County, Indiana. Mr. Malapit received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Ball State University in 1991.
He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1996 and is admitted to practice as a member of Indiana Supreme Court and U.S. District Court both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. In the past Mr. Malapit served as a Deputy Prosecutor for the 46th Judicial District, Delaware County, Indiana.
